Check diabetes.org, the Am DM Assoc website. They have many Spanish

language materials, as does the AHA (American Heart Association). Rarely

are they free (in quantity) but single copies usually are. Buena

the newest food guidance system and nutritionist are

no longer using the old Food Guide Pyramid.
