I just barely hit 40 BMI, am I going to have a hard time qualifing?

I called my GP last wednesday, left a message to see if he sent out the paper work to the qualifing panel. I still haven't heard from him. I guess I need to have more patients and or call again. I just needed to moan and groan.

I was about the same...and I wound up needing co-morbidities. I have hyperinsulinimia and sleep apnea. I didn't know about the sleep apnea and at first I was rejected. I almost gave it up at that ponit, but then decided to be checked, since I'm tired a lot, and I know that I had started snoring. Voila, I was accepted.

Depends. Do you have any comorbidities (diabetes, sleep apnea, high

blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis in knees or hips, etc.)? It

would also help if your regular doc is willing to go to bat for you.
