so which are easier lentils?

Yep yep.. we're all so different.. trust me, I get the dance we SCD'ers go

through.. just was looking for personal experience.

Might be a good source of fiber for me..

Ready to venture into this land..

Split reds are the easiest to digest. Browns are the next. The French

Greens are VERY hard to digest, and there have been reports over the

years of people having issues with them.

Does anyone have a recipe for split red lentil soup that’s not

too spicy?

When I started SCD, Lucy's cook book was the only one there was! She has

great, easy-to-make recipes. Admittedly, some of them are advanced, but

they're all good.

I suspect you are adept at making substitutions for what you cannot

eat. I think there are enough recipes in there to make Lucy's book

worthwhile.
