Hello everybody - do you know of anybody now or in the past who is using SCD to

treat mental issues and uses this site?

I started SCD to solve my chronic D issues. After some reading, I understood

that addressing my gut issues would also solve my mental problems.

I am healing and I owe it to my DAN doctor. She is absolutely brilliant.

I've suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager. I started

SCD for my crohn's, but I hope it will also help me get off Effexor.
