Guest guest
dear TJ: i am sorry for your loss. words are so inadequate at times like these. know that you are in my prayers. as far as eating habits: when you are most stressed, your body wants to do what has brought the most comfort in the past, which for a lot of us is comfort eating. even tho your grandfather is in heaven, you got left behind here to grieve with the rest of your family. so lean on each other and on god's everlasting arms. eventually the desire to stuff will lessen, and with a smaller stomach, you won't be able to " stuff " all that much anyway. just remember for your health's sake, eat that protein first! then don't worry for now what goes in after. again, i am very sorry to hear about your loss. hugs to you and your family mary y st. louis > > My grandfather passed away tonight about 11:00 PM EST.
