Guest guest
I was reading in the book that seeds are not advised until 3 months on the diet. What kind of seeds is she talking about? Sesame seeds or something smaller? There are really small seeds in fruit like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. Thank you! Guest guest
Hi , I believe it is both. However, most of us are more able to tolerate the smaller ones first. Seeds like sunflower, pumpkin and sesame are VERY difficult to digest. I5 may take more than a few months to be able to digest them. I am at 19 mths in the diet and am just starting to reintroduce, very carefully! GERDS and chronic C.
