DCCC and Tuna Question

AHHH!!! I was giving my husband canned tuna, not realizing it had vegetable broth in it. Is there any brand of tuna that doesn't have that? Do I need to buy it from a natural foods place?

Also, I see questions about what is a legal DCCC. How would I evaluate, or what questions would I ask if I was to call another company besides the Friendship brand to determine if it was legal?

Thank you! GochHusband with colitis

When I was eating tuna I got the stuff from Whole Foods - " Natural Sea, " no salt

added, packed in water (after, like you, I realized that my regular tuna had

broth or soy added...what the heck?!).

Also look for low sodium tuna, like Bumble Bee, which is actually packed

in just water or oil.
