Guest guest
Don't judge your outcome by other people's standards. I started to do that...and disappeared for awhile. You don't have that option! (you hearing me...?) : ) Just ask yourself the following... Yp until this latest internal bout and the medication that is causing you to bloat a bit, were you happy? At night when your husband held you close, did he like what he was holding in his arms/hands? From what I remember from your previous postings, the answer to both questions is YES! So screw any societal standards that are not your own. Do what makes you happy and your husband happy. If you want to lose more weight (genuinely YOUR decision) then you know what to do. If you are happy...then be happy and leave it at that.
Guest guest
, Your the best! the answer IS yes to both questions. My husband fell in love with me at 370!! Last week I did feel fine, I mean I am happy. This surgery was all about my health and not my looks. I am more healthy today then I was in high school and im 42! Wow thats true lol,, that alone makes me feel better When I was losing the weight I was so happy to be at 200 and i was fine if i did not lose another pound, thats partly why having a goal weight was never important to me. I just really wanted to be more healthy, and I am,,, Wow you guys are all great. Thank you Thank you Thank you Shell (who less blue) > Don't judge your outcome by other people's standards. Guest guest
I knew I liked you LOL!! Im glad you are back. My hubby tells me Im gorgeous and sexy all the time, but then I think...what the heck does he know...he loved me at 315 pounds LOL!! But you are absolutely right...I need to judge me by me..what Im doing or not doing. Not by what others are getting down to and certainly not what a hunkametal says. I know that right now, Im following my plan better than I have since 1 yr post op....that is success, not a certain number I want to get to. Thanks for reminding me of whats important. My kids at the center who tell me they can hug me all the way around, being able to hold my brand new grandbaby on my lap (I now have one) and running 13.1 miles in only 3 hrs and 40 minutes and still being alive to talk about it LOL.
