Guest guest
I have a bottle of TJ's vitamin D that say "Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, what, gluten, corn, soy, milk or shelfish" Is that OK? I also have a bottle of TJ's multi vitamin that just says "no yeast, sugar, starch, artificial flavor, color or added preservatives"...Is that OK?? Thanks, Marla IBS-D/Gluten Sensitive SCD 11/
Guest guest
You would have to provide a list of all the ingredients listed on the bottle for us to determine if it contains illegals. Here is a handy list of legal/illegal ingredients in supplements, found halfway down the page: http://www.pecanbread.com/p/Sup1.html Vitamin D is fat soluble, meaning it needs some fat to be absorbed. And make sure it is D3 and not D2. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I'm pretty sure that the TJs Vitamin D3 brand is made by NOW -which is legal. Not sure about the Vitamin D by itself.
