I think I've got the thing tied up with a red ribbon!!! I've

complied with every single one of their requests (again thanks to you

helping me get to Portland). In my application report I told the

insurance I didn't think it was reasonable to make me wait until 2002

to go to a Doc who doesn't even do these surgeries to decide what I

should have!
