Gen, - Both doctors I saw told me this is a "forever" diagnosis and will require treatment always to keep the plaques under control. --I think you will find that if you stick with SCD so that your body becomes healed, your scalp will also heal. I have seen eczema and psoriasis heal that way so I don't see why SCD wouldn't eventually help your scalp problem as well. Please do not misunderstand! Use the medicated things for now to help, but I think that maintaining the diet will keep it in remission.Amelia.
