Jodi,Great though-provoking article. Thanks for sending. The point it really drove home to me is that how we EAT is intimately tied to our values, including how we treat others and how we live our lives. After all, eating is the most intimate relationship we have. :)I'm passing this on to others. Thanks, Nina in MA

Hey Nina,

It really resonated with me as well.

I think it comes down to what our intention is.

Glad you dig it!

It's odd -- too many people think I am strange when I say thank you to

the spirits of the animals -- and the plants -- who provide me

nourishment. This article definitely resonates.

Marilyn,

Very cool you do that..

I really feel a lot of it is about the intention we imbibe to the universe and

in turn into our food.

I used to think vegetarianism is superior. I sometimes fall back into that

thinking.. Anyway.. As I learn I realize life is much broader than this subset

of thinking.

I dig your approach.. Not strange in my book at all!
