Thanks, Mara, I'll look again, but I think Kirkland tuna has veg. broth. (I don't know why this is coming out bold).

Hmmm, Kirkland Signature Tuna in Western Washington DOES contain vegetable

broth. The only legal tuna I've found is from Trader Joe's, which is more

expensive, of course.

Okay - useful clarification - I guess they use different

distributors - and the Eastern ones are fine for SCD.

This is one of the reasons it is so difficult to say " x " brand

of " y " is legal. A Publix mustard which was legal in

Atlanta wasn't legal in Florida, or vice versa... I don't remember. Ditto

other things.
