Your heart will tell you how to mourn his passing. Don't worry about eating. You have had the DS. Go ahead and eat. Be sure to eat your protein first, then try to eat healthy. I just finished a bowl of cherry-vanilla (Healthy Choice) ice-cream with some pineapple chunks on top. Yum yum. My treat for the day.
