I really like the Isopure zero carb I think they are 3.50 a bottle. There is 40g

of protein in one bottle so more than half of what you need in one day.

, Isopure has one called Isopure Zero (no carbs)

and it is 40 grams of protein per bottle (big bottle).

I know GNC carries them and you can carry them back

if you don't like them and get your money back. I

think one bottle is about $2.00...closer to $3.00 but

you can drink part in the am and the other half in the

pm and get a big portion of your protein. They come

in flavors that remind me of jolly ranch candy but not

as sweet.

I also drink currently a chocolate ready to drink

protein shake made by EAS Sport. Its carb control and

it come ins chocolate, vanilla and I think even

strawberry but I am not sure about the strawberry. B

careful as the regular protein shakes look just like

these (packages are not different at all). They come

in a a package of four for about $6.00-$7.00 in

regular stores but I get them for $4.00 and some

change in the military grocery store. Also, the

Grocery Store Outlet has them I am told for $5.00 for

a flat of 15. These shakes have only 15 grams per

serving and it is a 11 oz container. I was only told

that and have not seen or bought it for that as I shop

in the military store only.

Those are the only ones that I like. I hope that

helps.

Hi...I just starting getting a drink from GNC that is called Precision Protein, it is pretty much like Isopure. It is kinda pricey, 4.59 for 20oz., but right now they have it as buy one, get one free. I have tried the grape and fruit punch. There are 42g of protein with 0 sugar & carbs. I also drink Met-Rx Protein Plus/chocolate. 11oz cans...21g of protein with 1g of sugar & 5g of carbs. It tastes really good. Right now Von's has them for $2.99 for a pack of 4. They also sell them at GNC.

I am pre-op....just waiting for a surgery date.

I went to see the surgeon on Monday and they give you a packet to go over. Since reading that, I have switched to drinking the Dasani brand water. It supposedly is the only water that contains potassium and magnesium.....just thought I would pass this on.
