Guest guest
Has anyone ever made these? They're spice cookies that you spread with a cream type filling and then top with another cookie. I made them last night and all my kids loved them. I can't remember where I got the recipe, but it was from some SCD cooking website. The nice thing is that they are dairy free too. I'll post the recipe if anyone is interested. Please make sure you know where you got the recipe from and give appropriate credit to the author of it. I share my recipes freely with SCDers, but in several cases, I have found them posted to other websites with no attribution -- and when I asked the website owner to simply be sure my name was on it, my recipe(s) were taken down. It makes me very angry when people can't be bothered to give me credit for my hard work -- and I expect other cooks feel the same way. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund

Thanks for the reminder, Marilyn. I've had similar things happen with some of my original gluten free recipes on other websites. Don't know why I didn't think of it. Here's the link from Comfy Belly if anyone is interested: http://www.comfybelly.com/2009/11/whoopie-pies.html
