I eat carrot and chicken soup, meats and fish, grape juice jello, heaps of yoghurt and cheddar or colby cheese. Should I cut out the cheese? Its such a good snack food. If I cut it out will it make a difference to my runny stools? Also, do taking SCD legal probiotic supplements make much difference? I bought the yoghurt/acidophilus formulation from Lucy's Kitchen Shop (actually from scdiet.com).
