Increased b-12 in blood/ lab levels

Hi all!

I just got some of Maddies lab results back, and had a couple of questions for you experts!

TEST Results Ref range

BUN high 26 4-14

Creatinine low 0.2 4-14

Anion Gap high 18 7-15

coq10 low 0.7 0.8-1.5

vit b-12 >2000 136-705

everything else so far seems to be within normal limits....can anyone help me with these? The b-12 is way off the chart, and that's what is concerning me the most. Thanks in advance!
