That is up until now. It is a real shame that she has been muted so. Her story is hers and should only be told by her. That can no longer happen. It should also be noted that Deb offered a wealth of info to this group from a nursing professionals standpoint. Valuable information that she readily and happily shared with others. The group will now suffer from that loss. >> I'm sorry, but if she chooses not to post while being moderated that is HER decision. I do not think she has ever attempted to because I have NEVER seen a post from her. She can share whatever she wants about her experience, help any pre-ops, provide any information but she will NOT be allowed to speak libelously about a surgeon. Bottom line. If she posted about anything else, even her negative experience or negatives thoughts about Dr. Ren, hey - she has before and I don't think she would not be allowed to do so again. However, since she has crossed a very fine line posting 'drrenisabutcher', the group owner (NOT the moderators, you are incorrect. Please refer to past posts) privately e-mailed and discussed with her that such wording will not be tolerated here. I think people are very aware of the constitution, thank you. Just because limits and rules are set on the group to prevent libel, to discourage flaming and accusatory remarks, does not mean that censorship is occuring. It means that anyone who joins this list is aware and AGREES to such limitations before ever posting. Once again, no one is screening posts to rule out negative experiences nor is anyone not allowing Deb to send a post. It WILL be read first to screen for libelous comments but will be posted if it doesn't contain any such comments. We consider that monitoring while you may consider it censorship. We agree to disagree. However, to assume that our decision is based on ignorance of the constitution is a little sophmoric, IMHO. As per 's request, this should have been sent to one of the moderators and/or the list owner as a private mail. So, I'm sending my response via private mail. In the future, I will be sure to double check. I just got it back in e-mail and realized duodenalswitch still appeared in the address box. all the best, Noverr-Chin co-moderator, duodenalswitch
