Today is Mycah's 6th birthday! Where has the time gone? She shares her

birthday with another special girl on this list; Torsten's daughter Fiona.

So Happy Sixth to them both.

I am having computer problems so if this reaches you twice I apologize. I

also have not been able to read mail lately as I've been taking care of my

mom who lives five hours away. She had a stroke and needs lots of

recovery.

Hope you all are avoiding most of the germs out there. Here, there was

even talk of closing the schools because so many people are sick. (one

more advantage to homeschooling!).

It sounds like you guys have been through the wringer. I am so sorry and will say a prayer for all of you. I have to tell you that I had my twins on their father's birthday (now my ex husband). It was not planned at all. I was overdue (5 days) and it was too dangerous to go any farther due to their large size. Have you ever heard that one before?

, have you thought of calling your State Board of Medicine to find out about the docs in your area (most have websites also). Most of them have info on whether they have been sued before, what insurances they take, etc. It might be an idea of where to start. I don't know where you live but if you are close to the state line, you can check neighboring states also.

My yearly physical was due last November it never happened. And also I have no local; Dr at all so I went from being watched every three months to not being watched at all. what do you do when you are so high risk you cant have a local DR. I just fell thru the cracks so I think I drive my cardiologist people nuts.. I have e mailed my Mayo guy once a month with bad symptoms I have to deal with just not knowing what to do.. Have you ever heard the adage less is more. Im high patience patient with no one to maintain me. I don't want to drive them nuts but I keep having spells my eye sight scrambles my body tries to faint. I have no underlying heart rhythm with out my recalled pacemaker. I asked the pacer nurse to check my strip carefully because I told her it felt like sometimes it was taking to long to respond to me and she got mad at me.
