Does "SCD Heavy Cream" mean yogurt made w. heavy cream? I can't imagine what else it would mean, and I also can't imagine yogurt whipping like plain cream does. Can anyone clarify?Ellen12 y/o dd scd for 3 1/2 year for Crohn'smed-free and doing great :)

Yes, it does. I've never tried it in one of those widgets that pump gas

into the cream to make it fluffy, mainly because I don't use one often

enough to make it worth the cost.

I've beaten full cream yogurt before for yogurt ice cream. It

definitely gets somewhat

fluffier.

Not quite sure what gadget Marilyn is alluding to though.
