Ok > gotta laugh at some things right or we'd all go nuts!>> I have to laugh at this one........especially because it's TOTALLY true for me at times when I'm already suceptable to having problems. As a child, complex thinking (math UGH!) didn't cause seizures/myclonic jerks (just temper tantrums) because I didn't have full blown seizures then, but it can (and frequently DOES) trigger them now :-) Another thing that I've found out as an adult from my SUPER WONDERFUL neuro opthamolgist is the act of focusing eyes on close objects can also cause seizures, myclonic jerks, etc. It's caused " convergence insufficiency " . He said that most regular docs and neurologists are unaware of this. I just finished several months of intensive vision training designed to re-train the areas of the brain that control it (that health insurance paid for!) . Outcome?....um, well..... I mention this primarily because I was just wondering if the little twins who are having trouble feeding themselves without neuro problems would have the same trouble blinfolded....Well it was just a thought that flashed by. Best Wishes, Anita adult and probably PDCD (Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex Deficiency)
