DCCC where to find it, why is Friendship the only legal one

I found it at my co-op. www.unfi.com. You may want to join one in your area. It was $3 less/lb. from my co-op than it was when I mail-ordered it.

If anyone knows, I'd like to know why this brand is legal and others are not. There are lots of brands of Farmer's cheese out there, and maybe there is another one that's legal and we just don't know it.
