Guest guest
Hi, all - Is Qgel a topical CoQ10, or some other form? My son is hyper on low doses of oral CoQ10 (he has autism) and does very well with other meds in transdermal form, so it would be great if this was TD. Thanks, Kathy Re: How do I get CoQ10 covered? > Holly, I don't know what state you live in, I had to fight like crazy to get 's tishcon qgel covered. The doc applied and appealed and they said no. I wrote a letter and sent info on the use of coq10 and mito. I also sent info on the better absorption of qgel as opposed to other coq10. With a little threatening, ohio medicaid waiver approved it. If you happen to live in Ohio it is covered now for everyone. If not, I know that some other states are following suite. I would start by getting a script and giving to the pharmacist you use and they can start the process I believe. Good luck, DawnPlease contact mito-owner with any problems or questions.
