This NDC won't work for Walmart- they have their own 2 distributors, but they don't know how pure the CoQ10 is until they actually have the bottle. I think I'm going to have to take the same route you did and bombard them with documentation and letters of recommendation. (Especially stating how she needs the pure form of CoQ) Too bad the chewables don't have an NDC code.

The chewable NDC number is below for the 100mg:

The ChewQ® 100mg NDC Number is: 54023-9008-5

Epic isn't on walgreens distributor list either but they made an

exception for us and worked it out. Give it a try. If Walmart won't

do it, try walgreen's if you have them out there.If you want to, I

will give you (offline) my pharmicists name and number and your

pharm. can call him and find out how to do everything. It has been

done for us, so they should be able to do it for you. It think it is

wise to bombard them. They need to know you wont roll over on this

one. Too much info will drive them crazy.

I just got off the phone with Walgreens and they said that if it doesn't come from their warehouse, they can't get it. How ridiculous. I'm going to call some of the "mom and pop" drugstores around here and see what they can do for me.

no I don't know how the chewable tastes-though i am hoping it's

tolerable becuase I am going to get my other two on it. morgan has a

button so we just tube hers. I hope someone els has an answer for

this one.

Holly, explain to them that our walgreens' did it and he can call

them to see how they figured it out. If not, you won't be able to

get it through medicaid. I don't think epic takes insurance directly-

though I could be mistaken.

Thank you everyone for your info. My pharmacy is going to see if they can get the chewable. They said they are orange flavored so I am hoping he will like them. He is used to taking a flinstone and singulair.They are jumpoing threw hoops to help me. The other coenzyme which had flaxseed oil was terrible tasting.
