hi we tried these by frying and failed miserably and when thy did

work they were impossible for us to digest, however, i tried

roasting them on a low heat in the middle of the oven - as sliced

large outside of baking tray, small inside and they are so

delicious, just like crisps - my kids cant get enough of them

i put them on baking paper or foil, brushed some oil on that then

placed the carrot slices on top, it basically works the same way as

a dehydrator i think, it can take a while but it is so worth it.

Can anyone tell me how to make zuchini chips?

Hi!I love frying carrots and zucchini to make chip like snacks. I wanted to make a large batch and was wondering about storage. Does anyone do this and where would you store? Dry storage or refridge? Thanks!
