Guest guest
I think I must be missing some info about the CoQ10. Does it matter what brand you get? I found Qmelt from HVL at Hannaford, it's 60 mg and says it's natural coenzyme Q10. It's supposed to melt in your mouth and tastes fine to me (and Sheldon likes it). Is there a reason to get something else? Do you suppose it matters that he chews it up instead of letting it melt in his mouth? Thanks - -- ---------- Stacey Fleming flemings@... Guest guest
Stacey, I know Cohen strongly suggests that his patients use Tishcon Brand QGEL. It is hydrosoluable and not fat soluable. It means in a nut shell that more it readily absorbed. I think that because of this, you can be on lower doses than other coq10. It is alittle more expensive but if you use less than you would have to with another brand it is worth it. You can get it www.epic4health.com. -If you call them and tell them you are a mito pt. you save another five bucks. They have a liquid and just came out with a chewable-I think in 30mg and 100mg tablets. Hope this helps, Dawn
