Pam, I just went through all my bottles of syrups (12 at the moment)

and none had any " tols " in them. They all have sucralose (Splenda

brand). I haven't had any problems with gas or bloating like I do

when I eat certain sugarfree candies like lifesaver peppomints.

I hope you try some.. I splurge on them and have a variety. I think

of how much money I save on food, and figure I can spend some of it

on syrups. I truly look forward to drinking my shakes which is great

since they're good for me!

Hey Cathy, thanks! I went online to Vitalady.com and

ordered the carmel, marshmellow and coconut. I can't

wait to get them. Truth be told, I am not a breakfast

person and I drink a shake for breakfast and I am

getting where I just am getting tired of food all

together so this will be great. I can have 3 shakes

(only 100 calories each, 2 grams of carbs and no

sugar). If I get hungery, I can have a slice of

turkey and a piece of cheese. So thanks to you I am

set. Again, thanks.

I'm glad I could help Pam..

I was wondering about your diet tho.. you are only taking in 300

calories a day?? That seems so low, to the point of your metabolism

slowing waaayyyy down to preserve fat to live off of..

Are you losing still?
