Has anyone had any experience with these thigh strengthening shorts? Zipporrah's therapist wants her to try them as she has weak hips and thighs and always froggy legs when trying to get on all fors as well as in the sitting position. It is used for low muscle toned kids to help strengthen the muscles and to keep the legs together. Interestingly, Asenath's therapist has wanted to do the same thing with her but never mentioned these shorts so I may ask her about them too. I hope insurance will pay for them for Zipporrah and assume the waiver will pay for Asenaths. Buyt before I go ahead I awould like to know what experiences you guys have had with them.Darla: mommy to: Asenath (4) Mito, CNS Vasculitis, strokes, migraines, seizures, g-tube, disautonomia issues, hypotonia, heat/exercise intolerance, oxygen use, asthma... Yes we used these with my son. They do work pretty well. They are basically a pair of shorts (spandex kind) and the legs are stitched together. I have a pair that we no longer use now and would be more than happy to send to you. The size if I remember was 18 months. You can email me off line if you would like datchley@....
