Don't mean to butt in here, but just thought I wuld let you know, that Gaby

had successful hip surgery (hip osteotomy and femur osteotomy with limb

shortening last year. She has PDH and is on a keto diet..so there were lots

of issues to consider with her.

We waited for about 3 years before finally deciding to do this. With good

metabolic back up..she recovered very well, and I can safely say it was

worth it.(her ortop Surgeon breathed a sigh of relief afterwards!!)

Gaby does not walk independently, but can weight bear and step in a Hart

walker.

ne, mum to Gaby PDH (almost 9)
