Freeda vitamins in early stages

I am on 10 days of SCD diet. It looks like Freeda vitamins

(http://www.freedavitamins.com/index.php?p=product&id=367&parent=18) is SCD

legal.

Has anyone tried it? And can it be taken at early stages? And does it help?

That one is SCD-legal. Whether it can be taken at the early stages

depends on your gut.

I use Freeda vitamins. I am not sure about using in the early stages though.I am on 10 days of SCD diet. I have used the legal Freeda B-complex for many years and I had no

trouble just continuing it on SCD. If you are starting from not using it,

you might want to wait a few weeks.
