I am about 6.5 weeks out and am tired of walking all the time. What

kinds of excerise does everyone do? I tried Tae Bo and seem to

tolerate that well, but I like variety! Just a general idea of what

everyone is doing and how long you do it (i.e., 10 mins, 20 mins, etc)

Thanks!

Being just shy of 4 weeks out, I have not resumed my exercise routine

yet. But, my routine is 30 min. on a semi-recumbent bike, increasing

the tension setting every five minutes, but cooling off at a low

wetting the last five minutes. Then about 20 minutes of resistance

training (weights). I did this EVERY OTHER DAY, as my muscles needed

a day to mend. I expect to resume pedalling at low tension later

this week.

Hi-I belong to an all women gym and I do classes with aerobics, weights and

body sculpting. I also use machines. I work out for about an hour and 1/2

each time. I also do alot of leg exersises and tummy crunches. I do some

exercise everynight before I go to bed. But I see plastic surgery on arms

and wherever else in my future. Ellen(Pam
