I have been really suffering for 6 days. I have had terrible

intestional cramping and loose stools. Not full blown diahrrea but

very loose. The cramping is intense!! Plus I had my mirena IUD

removed on I think the 19th. I had been spotting ever since. Then at

approx 930 Sunday night I absolutely gushed blood...passing clots as

big as my fist every time I stood up. The advice nurse said not to

go into the ER as I wasnt doubled over in pain or soaking a pad

every 15 minutes( I was having slight cramps and only soaking a pad

every hour). Finally at 430AM...I couldnt take it any longer and

went in to the ER. From what the DR(who isnt a gyn) said is that

while I had the mirena inserted, I was still building up a lining

(most women I guess dont), anyways thence the major bleeding, it was

all coming at once. They removed most of the clots, and put me on

provera(HRT therapy) for 10 days...it has almost stopped the

bleeding entirely.

My question is: Has anyone taken or is taking Relora. It is a

vitamin supplement that reduces carb cravings etc. I love it but am

wondering if that could be what is causing my intestional cramping

and loose stools. I dont want to stop taking it, and am hoping if

this is the cause, that its one that goes away as your body gets

used to it. If not, then I may HAVE to stop because I feel like

crap! I still have to go to work though as things are crazy and its

our busiest time of the year.

Sorry to hear about your bleeding and discomfort. I haven't taken

those pills and obviously cannot suffer your symptoms...but I wanted

you to know that I feel for you and hope you get relief soon.
