Dealing with over-consumption of dried fruits

Hi Team,

I would appreciate your advice on my over-consumption of dried fruit (raisins,

figs, and dates). I am eating approximately one pound of dried fruit a day.

I attribute the following to my strict SCD from the last 7 months: feel

excellent physically and more surprisingly mentally, am maintaining a really

nice weight (had previously been 5 to 10 lbs overweight), and have 1x daily,

perfect BM. Now that I have the hang of SCD, I want to better monitor the ratio

of fruit:veggies:nuts:protein:yogurt for general health and fitness.

My attempts to reduce consumption of dried fruit have all been unsuccessful. I

was a HUGE consumer of refined sugar pre-SCD, and I wonder if my addiction to

raisins and dates is associated.

Thoughts? Advice? ...both much appreciated.
