I think we should write down all of our symptoms that we ever had no matter how strange, if we think they are connected to the Sarcoid, then we should see how many of us had the same symptom because our doctors don't have a clue. Perhaps this would help to enlighten them. I know my doctors care about me. They struggle to find the answers. They don't know Sarcoid. I have these Jerking movements. Myoclonus doesn't quite describe it. Don't we all have this? I see a Neurologist at University of Illinois in Chicago. He is no dummy. He had no idea that other Sarcoid patients do this. Now, Increase my steroids and it decreases, decrease my steroids and it increases. It doesn't go away but it gets a lot better. Anyway your question, no I have no problems from the shingles.

Barb

Hi Barb! my name is Joan. I've been a member for about 2+ years now. I haven't been around much lately because I have trouble typing due to the carpel tunnel caused from the sarcoid. If I read e-mails, I want to respond. If I respond, I can't even sleep due to the annoying feelings in my wrists. I can't seem to sleep at all tonite, so figured I would log on and read/write.

Anyway, I have jerking movements ... but not all the time. For me, it is worse when I am tired.

Okay, there is my response to that question. Next ...

By love...I'll add you to my hug and prayer list!,

Joan
