Guest guest
Another thing that I've found out as an adult from my SUPER WONDERFUL neuro opthamolgist is the act of focusing eyes on close objects can also cause seizures, myclonic jerks, etc. It's caused "convergence insufficiency". He said that most regular docs and neurologists are unaware of this. Anita, Thanks for this info, I have never heard of this. But I have seen my duaghter go into a seizure when I walked up to her fast. This tends to happen whe she is more sensitive to seizures, but does not always happen. She is near sighted and has astigmatism, worse in the rt eye, which also shows more ptosis. e, Chelsea's mom(nonspecific mito)
