Guest guest
, this is not good news. I can't imagine how scary this must be for you. I do know several people that have had very successful multiple heart surgeries and my dear friend-- you will be among them. Can they use the artificial valve that is the same one that is used for the space shuttles fuel valves. This is what my husband had put in-- and it's been 5 years-- and he's better now than ever before. I know pig valves last about 10 yrs, and this fuel valve is good for life. You have to be on blood thinners because the body sees it as foreign-- but that's do-able. Know we're keeping you in our prayers-- and please- do as Darlene has done-- give one of the kids the info so they can keep us aprised as to what is up. They can even send it to the moderators at NSMODS (AT) YAHOOGROUPS (DOT) COM so that one of us can pass along the info and they wouldn't get flooded with hundreds of messages.
