Hey guys!

Just realized my vitamin E capsules I was using for my enemas are

based in soybean oil. Is this okay? If not, do you know what other

options there are for pure vitamin E? If so, where could I find

something like that? SHould I just go to WFs and root around their

vitamin department? Thanks!

Peace =)

When I began SCD, soy oil was OK on the diet. (I didn't choose to use it

because I've had an anaphylactic reaction to soy.) However, I was unable

to find a Vitamin E which did not have some soy in it, and it turned out

that I did not react to that.

Soy oil was deemed illegal on the Pecan Bread list because apparently,

there are some soy oils which include the soy protein, and the ASD kids

were reacting to it.
