Guest guest
Hi Pamela.... I'm still here....thanks for asking !! I just got back from my annual Canadian duck hunting trip. It was sure a lot easier this year than last. having lost 75# sure made it a lot easier to get up and down off the ground and do a lot of rough terrain walking not to mention being able to sit comfortably in the airplane seat. I managed to stay on track while I was away by using the tools I have learned from people here on the site and in the support groups. I took most of my own food so that was helpful. I wasn't perfect but it's all about progress not perfection so I'm not beating myself up over the mis-steps. The trip was fun but the downside was getting too tired while I was away. I got home at 1 AM on Saturday morning and only managed to get about three hours sleep which turned me into a zombie and a grouch. I even managed to allienate myself from a very close friend while Im was in this state. I hope to be able to patch things up sometime. I guess if it's meant to be it will happen ! I haven't been posting much lately but I still follow everones progress including you Pamela. I know you are very proud of your accomplishments, you are very inspirational....congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing your journey with the group. Have a great day ! Guest guest
Hey Gordy, I am just getting around to reading your email response today (9-25-05). I just got back into the country. Me and my sister went to the Bahamas and boy did we have a blast. I will post later about that. I am glad that you are out and doing things that you love. You must post in detail about your trip. Its great to hear from you. I know what you mean about posting. I don't post much either but I do read. Can't wait to hear all about your trip!
