Guest guest
Anne what lovely news. I can appreciate the benefits of horse riding. Gaby participates in Riding for the disabled here in Australia. (Her Occupational therapist is a qualified hippotherapist)Gaby can't walk, but she gets so excited when she rides. Shje sings all the way. It must feel wonderful for her, and it is so emotional for us to watch ne, mum to Gaby PDH, aged almost 9 years
Guest guest
Wyatt has been doing hippotherapy for the past 3 years. It is amazing to see him on a horse. Actually he rides a pony named Tony but if Tony heard he was only a pony he would be upset. He thinks he is a big man. : ) Anyways, Wyatt loves it. He needs quite a bit of support when sitting on the floor, but when he is on his horse he needs very little support. It has really helped his hips and has made him stronger. He rides for 45 minutes with just a few minute breaks. I'm so glad you have found hippotherapy. Enjoy your summer of riding!
