Guest guest
Sorry you had to cut your trip short. I was at the cabin and have not had a chance to respond. I know it must have been tough on you to leave the rest of the family in Florida, but if it helped Karlee, even for a little bit, it was worth it. As for the combination of meds, I'm not sure. Did he say there is a concern with mixing them, i.e. could she become toxic or have a reaction that is unsuitable? If the EEG does not show seizure activity, then why are they adding another seizure med? A question I would ask is are the meds causing her to have seizure like movements? What would happen if you took her off the seizure meds? I don't know the answer to your question, but just somethings that came to my mind. Hopefully it helps and has not created more problems or confusion. Hang in there. I am always saying a prayer for you.
