Back from vacation!

Hello everyone,

and I are back and we had a wonderful time in Sunriver, OR

We rode are bikes all over went on a few 1o mile bikes rides!

Amazing huh? The first 10 mile ride was on pavement and was so so

easy, we did it in 1 hour! We were with his family (guess my family

now to inlaws and kids) we not only kept up but we buzzing by them.

The next ride we took was a 10 mile mountain bike trip can I just

say WOW!!! I flew up hill dirt flying all over lol,, it was so much

fun, hard but fun.

I can not believe I was able to do all that. I love my bike and just

want to keep riding.

Sunriver is so beautiful, I have never even heard of it until I met

my hubby. My sister in-law has a huge 3000sq house (2nd home lucky

them) we spent a week up there and had so much fun.

After our trip up there says we need to look into buying a

cabin or second home to get away to on week-ends. Maybe somewhere

near Yosemite. My life is so so so wonderful lol, ok can you all

tell im feeling a little better. I have not lose the weight I put on

but I and happier then I have been in years! The out door activities

were full and plenty, lots of walks ,hikes,bike riding and all

without me complaining that I'm tired are my feet hurt are I can't

breath. I sat on my couch for years eating, drinking, smoking pot

and wondering why I was so unhappy! Getting sober, having this

surgery, meeting the man of my dreams having a life full of friends

and family,,,how lucky can one gal get!!!

We also went to Sacramento for 4 days to a AA convention, well a

book study really called Joe & Charlie. I got to spend 4 days with a

lot of my sober friends.

Anyway,,,,

How are all of you??????? I have missed you all and have been

thinking about our beach party this Saturday. I hope you all are

still planning on coming down to sunny Santa Cruz!! I will be on the

beach at noon.

and I do have to be at a birthday party in San at 7pm,

but that gives us plenty of time to spend together.

There is no way I can go back and read all the post from the last 13

days, so if there is anything anyone thinks I need to know about

please email me. I'm sure Ramona and have kept the group

running smoothly, Thanks ladies!!

Ok, well this is my first day back at work so I need to run, I'll

check back in, in like an hour!
