I actually felt worse when I took the pill (go figure). I just figured that, due to the malapsorption, I didn't think I was really getting the meds in anyway. AND, I felt better when i wasn't taking it (forgot to take it for a few days after the surgery). I haven't experienced symptoms of panic except on ocassion and when I do I am able to override them, get out of the house, etc. By the way, I'm not advocating anyone just 'stop their meds', etc. I did so with the supervision of my PCP and he agreed that it was time to see if I could do without. all the best, lap DS with gallbladder removal Dr. Gagner/Dr. Quinn assisting/Mt.
