I was taking it 2x a week plus a weekly shot and my B-12 was in the

400 range. Dr. Baggs wanted it higher. I take it daily now plus a

monthly shot. You can't have too much. The levels that they say are

normal are actually way too low for us.

I just don't get why Richmond is so off on what they recommend as the

dosage. 2 xs a week seemed low to me. I hope I haven't done any

damage yet without taking it daily. I will start doing that now.
