Guest guest Posted June 1, 2001 Report Share Posted June 1, 2001 no way dude! i sure wouldn't anyway. the epidural they are talking about is for post-op pain management. it kills the mid-body pain effectively enough for you to take good deep breaths and to be able to get out of bed and ambulating. it really helps the recovery, from what i understand. but not all docs use it. some just use the ? morphine drip with the gimme button or other regular pain meds. mary y st.louis itching to be switchin > > > > I did not have an epidural for my VBG 13 years ago.
