Guest guest
I am actually on Zoloft which I think in Australia is called Sertraline (whatever that is). Is this any of the drugs that you feel confidently would help me and my little problem. Guest guest
Sertraline is the generic (non brand) name of Zoloft. It is Sertraline all over the world. It may be called Zoloft in the US and who knows what in other countries. We use only generic names when ordering meds where I work. Since only once company makes it in this country when I odder Sertraline they get Zoloft. If that makes sense. All of the SSRIs including Sertraline are marketed for anxiety and depression. However, not all work the same way with each person. Generally Sertraline is activating-- only Prozac/Fluoxetine is more so.. But some folks snooze on it and have to take it at night. We are all different and meds effect us differently. Usually a prescriber tries one med to address some of the more distressing symptoms. And to some extent it is just making clinical judgments. No formulas there. in Seattle ----- Original Message ----- > I am actually on Zoloft which I think in Australia is called Sertraline > (whatever that is).
