Yup. That way I know I'm getting a form that I can absorb, and I don't

have to chase around town looking for things like dry E. Okay, I'm lazy,

or have better things to do with my time. Offhand, I think the only

things I don't get there are the Colace (generic equivalent) and my

glucosamine.

Why do we need dry E? I take a Vitamin E supplement but it's not dry?
