Lori B: Yes, this is right. It's 1 hour before a meal or 2-3 hours after a

meal. Always on an empty stomach (although my nutritionist said I could take

it with some crackers if the pills made me naseous).

I've been taking them before bed and then in the morning when I wake up

before breakfast. I find I'll forget to take them during the day b/c I won't

remember 2-3 hours after a meal or 1 hour before~!

all the best,
