Psychosis in mitochondrial disease

I have a 30 year old daughter with a clinical diagnosis of mitochondrial

disease. She has

episodic psychosis for which she takes Eskalith, Seroquel and Ativan. Reently

the

medications don't seem to be effective. Has anyone run into this problem? If

so, how is it

treated?
