I haven't tried those specifically (I love EP!) but I have had something that

was VERY similar. My guy was attempting to come up with some kind of hash

browns for me (not at my request...he was trying to make an elaborate birthday

brekkie) and he basically used the same base ingredients (adapted from a raw

recipe, so it didn't have eggs) and it was super fantastic! He wasn't as happy

with it since he was going to hashies but I loved it. I imagine that this

recipe would be very similar (probably hold together better ). It's

definitely on my list of new recipes to try once I can!
